NMJ GuardianWatch™ provided by ConnectWise RMM™. A set of proactive management tools that are deployed within your network and on your various devices to keep a watchful eye on things. If anything is found to be out of place, NMJ is notified so that steps can be taken to correct the issue before it becomes a business halting failure. Tasks are scheduled to do routine maintenance on your systems such as disk cleanup, creation of restore points, deployment of commonly used applications such as Antivirus, Adobe Acrobat, Office, etc. You will be provided with monthly, weekly, or daily reports on the status of your infrastructure.
In addition, NMJ Technology LLC uses Auvik™ to do your network device discovery and monitor performance.
Best of all, this service also grants your company virtually unlimited phone and remote consulting and support services with NMJ GuardianSupport™ . If you have a question to ask, a problem to solve, a product to research, a project you are considering, you can rely on NMJ Technology LLC to assist in any way.
This service is required for support of the other services provided by NMJ Technology LLC.

GuardianAssessment™
NMJ GuardianAssessment™ is a full-network intrusion, vulnerability, and penetration test for your business network. Also known as a “pen test,” this simulated cyber attack is performed on the inside and outside of your network to check for possible exploits or other hold in your data center and business network infrastructure. This service is purchased as needed, usually as a yearly checkup.

NMJ GuardianOffice™ is our resold flavor of Microsoft 365. Choose from any of the many Office 365 tiers available. Unlike Microsoft offerings, there is no yearly contract or any early withdrawal fees. Basic, Premium, and Enterprise plans available.

NMJ GuardianAuthentication™
NMJ GuardianAuthentication™ provided by Duo™ by Cisco™. A cloud solution through Duo by Cisco that allows you to configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on almost any service you manage. When users are set up to use MFA, they must log in to servers, devices, applications, or websites using not only something they know (such as their Username and Password) but also something they have (such as an Authentication Application on their phone) and only then will they gain access to that service.

NMJ GuardianBackup™
NMJ GuardianBackup™ provided by Arcserve ShadowProtect SPX™ or Veeam™. A managed backup solution that can backup all of your important computer systems and hold that data in an onsite and offsite data storage location. Complete backups are made as often as you wish, from once per day to as often as every 5 minutes (hourly backups are most commonly utilized). Disaster recovery options are available with an onsite appliance that will allow you to quickly spin up servers that have crashed hard.
Cloud services such as your Microsoft 365 data services are also able to be protected with DropSuite Backup for Microsoft 365™. Long retention and archive options are available to adhere to various compliance standards.

NMJ GuardianSecurity™ is provided by MimeCast™. A cloud managed service for ongoing awareness training and testing that help your employees to recognize and deal with various types of phishing or cyber crime attempts. Your users will be given training modules that they can complete and retake at any time, occasionally the service will send simulated phishing content to the users in various forms and reports back to you the results of their actions, you can see who is not paying attention to possible scams.
